On Windows (not sure about other platforms), if you would like to associate the keyboard with a different language, which may be useful if it automatically associated itself with Dutch for example, but you want it to show up under English, open the Keyman Configuration and under "Toaqzu (Hóegua)", select "Add/Remove language..." and choose the language you want.
